We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Please note:
• We do not guarantee against color bleeding in any Indian outfit.
• Soni Ethnic is not responsible for packages lost during transit.
DAMAGED ITEMS POLICY
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged:
• Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• An unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged area are required as proof.
• Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 1–2 days of reporting.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.
SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY
For any approved size exchange:
• A 25% restocking fee will apply.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping charges (both ways).
Soni Ethnic reserves the right to approve or decline any request based on the evidence provided.
