2. Orders & Payments

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payments are accepted through secure payment gateways integrated into our website.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship across the USA and Canada.
  • Shipping charges and delivery timelines are displayed at checkout.
  • For Canadian orders, any custom duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.

4. Returns & Exchanges

 

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed.
  • In the rare event of a damaged or defective product, customers must:
    • Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the package.
    • Provide an unboxing video and clear photographs as proof.
    • Ship the damaged item back within 1–2 days of reporting after approval.
  • Requests without valid proof or outside the timeframe will not be accepted.

5. Custom Orders

  • Custom-made or altered outfits are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Measurements provided by the client are taken as final, and we are not responsible for fit issues due to incorrect sizing information.
